Performance Coaching

We offer coaching as a standalone offering and as an option within our ILM programmes.
Our Performance Coaches are all highly experienced and members of the Association for Coaching.

We will take time to understand your coaching needs before agreeing outcomes, style to be used and timescales. Examples of scenarios where we have coached and made a difference to individuals can be seen below:

• Managing the transition during personal & professional change

• Improve working relationships with peers and managers

• Learning from experiences and planning for future events

• Improve performance

• Making difficult decisions at a senior level

• Self-managing to achieve objectives

• Improve self-awareness and impact upon other team members

• Develop solutions to challenging problems

Once we have understood your coaching needs and culture we will agree the tools to be used to identify individual needs and the models to be applied. Examples of methods for identifying individual needs can be seen here.

Coaching Tools:

• Colleague, follower and manager feedback, eg: 360° 'Feedback'

• Task observation eg: 'observing a presentation'

• Pre-meeting and contracting with the individual to be coached

• Psychometric tools, eg: Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)

• Skills assessments
